Auto Marking Selected Portion Of The Image

Hi, Sorry that i cant really know how to specify the Title above. I have 3 building floor plan images, each floor plans consist of around 50 units of shop lot with different unit number. eg LG1 1. User much login with username and password to select from the dropbox, then key in some information of the unit taken. eg LG1 2. When the user update the information, the building floor plan images where LG1 located will have a RED round marked. The software : 1. admin level access - can change all the information 2. staff lelve access - can only change their selected items 3. Show all 3 floor plans in 1 page for easy view which lot is taken. 4. reports Language 1. php or 2. java or 3. mysql or 4. flash or Thank You SH Lim
