Converting PSD to highly Search engine Optimized XHTML and CSS

We are looking for some experienced person in Search Engine Optimization who can create fully search engine optimized html pages from .psd (photoshop) format files provided by us. Also pages should be browser compatible and will strictly follow XHTML standards. we are lloking at around 10-15 different psd's Creating SEO Semantic Pages Not good at on page SEO .. Please dont bid and waste our and your time. Only serious bidders and someone with great exprience in SEO, Please provide us with a sample of ypur work along with the bid. Also pleae see the example page of the site. I repeat... being good at SEO is the key.. We are looking at a long term work relation. Its not a one time project We have close to 10-15 .psd's They are all for the same site..( so if you create one rest are easy) We expect you to create some images, icons and do the basic formating...
