Change WP Header and Move column to left

I have a wordpress site and need to change the header and move the right column to the left. Site is [login to view URL] I have attached a simple sketch of how the header should look, obviously in the sketch sizes are approximate. New header should be 200 px in height. It should have as background some vectors on the right side that go along with site style and colors. As you will see on the sketch, below the logo I must be able to include some tabs not just for pages but for any custom link I need to include. These tabs will change color when mouse over. I guess this is the most complicated task although for an expert should be easy. A good example of what I need is [login to view URL] The header also must include categories as dropdown menu and search box on the left side. Links to feed, facebook, twitter and suscribe are also needed along with its own cool icon (dont need to be custom) but icons that get along well with the overal design. Last task consists in moving the right column to the left, as simple as that. If sending a PM to me please write something about the project not just a prewritten text.
