I have a PSD which I need converting into a clean and valid wordpress theme asap. The new theme will be installed on an existing wordpress site, so the winning bidder will need to install the finished theme and make sure it is fully compatible with existing plugins, forms, etc.

I need the theme finished and installed by 9th May. If you cannot meet this deadline, please do not bid.
