Adult web cam pay per view site needed

This will be a brand new site starting from scratch. We are looking for someone to build an adult web cam chat site were people can chat to models for free and also ppm in a private chat. I am wanting the site to have around 50 models minimum to give you an idea of pages etc.. we require. Also check out myfreecams for a site idea. Customers must be able to log in to there account, top up credits by credit card or mobile phone billing etc... and models must be able to log using there own log in details. We also want models to be able to put a profile about themself too so will require a profile page. Looking for world wide languages options too.
