Adultwork Redesign

We have been trying to get this clone developed for a long while. We have had Indian based companies take money from us and dissapear. This is a huge portal with many modules. You must be able to assign an entire team (3 or more programmers) to this. No upfront payments will be made. Funds will be placed in escrow and released as each module is completed and viewed. AJAX will be used extensively and layout must be different from adultwork. I am not looking for a copycat site, just the same features. I will discuss further in PM with qualified bidders.
