Build an Adult Cam Site

Hi, I am looking for an experienced web designer and builder who has an appreciation and experience of Adult sites and adult cam sites but also many other elements such as chat rooms(that work well), linking to the latest social media and messaging apps as these will at some point be integrated into the site etc. To begin with, the site that I am looking to build will be a basic cam site with the functionality for subscription and members signing up(both buyers and cam-girls) as well as the feature that is popular on many cam sites now which is where users can buy chips which they can spend in real time with a cam girl that they are watching. I would like a custom site if possible so that we can fully customise every part of it but would consider a very good template if you can recommend one. I am not just looking for a web designer and builder, but I want someone who will also become a partner with me in this business. So the pay offered on this project is to get the website up, designed and started but I am looking for someone who can do ongoing work as a business partner so that we can develop the site over time. The idea of the business is very interesting and exciting which I will discuss with the person that I choose for the project and has the potential to be very popular.
