The Website should be presentable as payment processor website. I would need a website where one can sign up and log into their account. Merchant should be able to issue refund or request withdrawal, check all the transactions declined or successful. Charge back and refunded. The portal should support multi currency system. It would automatically reduce the fees from the transaction and show the withdraw-able balance. I would also need a website to be desined in PHP and would require custom checkout page which should have the option to enter the Merchant ID, Amount and select payment currency. A detailed requirement could be discussed on phone but before that I would want to see that you have worked on similar project. Thanks Raj
