You must know how to speak and read Chinese. You must be able to copy and paste product information from websites and spreadsheets on to an online store admin so that the information can be displayed on the online website. Most of the information will come from Chinese websites that are written in Chinese. Utilizing google translation is insufficient. You must be able to do proper translation. Some websites will have API's that will make the work easier and less time consuming. Some websites will not have this and you will have to translate, copy and paste. You will be provided with a list of websites and a list of information to copy and paste and transfer over to the online store.
