Features to include (list not everything): People should be able to list items Easy to list in bulk Either be able to post with a 'buy it now' and/or 'make offer' Ability for buyer to agree the purchase by clicking buy it now or through the make offer Ability to see offers made Classifieds should expire after certain number of days, but ability to resist and expired ads remain archived for future viewing Ability to list as auction, with reserve Ability to add pictures to listings Should allow people to link there account with there Facebook Accounts need to be approved by admin first Ability to require people to upload ID for account to be active Safety checks for accounts registered from same ip/same phone number/address etc Like eBay should be able to search by location/distance etc Should default to your country but be able to set defaults to county etc Browse by category - won't be huge number of categories as site will be quite niche for certain type of products Feedback system Option to select payment options but payments processed by site but helps link to paypal etc Ability to send messages Ability to put warning messages on pages in certain categories etc Ability to ask questions on items and results be displayed Site to have a forum Site to link with Facebook for sharing ads etc Ability to recommend/vouch for a seller and have your name/facebook shown against them with feeback Ability to enhance ads for cost (can be switched on and off by admin) Ability to choose whether to charge for ads, successful purchases
