Hello, The project description is pretty light, would be good to get more details if possible. As far as I understand, phase 1 would include registering of new clients, they fill in some data (maybe couple forms). Admin can view all clients and their data/forms in backend, export results. Why did you pick the RoR language? I would recommend to use php and framework called Yii. It is light and very flexible. We can discuss details here, or in skype: 'grabthemail'. Thank you.
