i am looking for a bulk sms sending application where i can create and manage the resellers and users.i will be using the operator smtp to send mass messages. it should also have the option where i can manage the delivery ratio of the customers and resellers. it should have the option to send messages in different languages probably 15 languages. customers and reseller should have both the options for promotional and transactional sms delivery and sending option. admin panel should have the options to activate and deactivate both promotional and transactional sms options. i want on urjent basis. if any body has the application already developed with be [login to view URL] like to see the demo immediately
