Build a shopify store from a template

I want a shopify store built, i will buy a template for a clothing company and you will need to put in the details and get the details right. only apply if you are proficient in shopify, i am not interested in any other platform. i only have 10-15 items to begin with and once its all set up, i can manage it we have a budget in mind so please be competitive.
