Bulk email system

We are looking for an experienced programmer to develop a bulk email system. Features include A. Admin user login for security b. Ability to Add/Edit/Delete email addresses. The administrator should delete emails that return to the “From” email address by using this page. c. Ability to send out emails by either using the HTML editor on the website or pasting the HTML from any HTML editor (example: Microsoft Frontpage). When an email is sent out keywords will be replaced by the data. The administrator can use the following keywords when sending email: <Firstname>, <Lastname>, <CompanyName>, <Address>, <City>, <State>, <Zip code>, <Country> <RemovalURL> The keywords can be customized placed anywhere inside the html email using the html editor or the website or other html editor. d. A removal feature should be installed so the Company can upload removal list and the system won’t send to the addresses in the removal list. You will need to demonstrate that you have had prior experience of developing bulk email systems.
