Need someone who have excellent skills in coding external CSS codes.
The design is already done and was translated to html with stylesheets. However this was done by an other freelancer who failed to meet the requirements.
Work consist of:
- Creating 2 html pages. These are very similar at the exception of the content of the right column that will use slightly different styles.
-Creating external style sheet(1 or 2 as you wish).

Requirements:
- Extremely able to code Table-Less XHTML codes with CSS as external
- Code W3C Compliant
- Your own Portfolio/Personal Website, coded as W3C Compliant XHTML with external CSS or sample page in .rar/.zip file (send by email)
- Fast turn around time
- Good Communication Skills, Communication by MSN, Skype and email (9:00AM-18:00PM Canada, Eastern Standard Time)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Design must stretch with added text, No scroll bar in div tag!
- As much as possible Table-Less XHTML codes
