CSS Template Redesign - 1 Page

I have a site which is something of a review site. I need a basic nice looking CSS template made for it with new html code and a nice logo/header graphic at the top. Needs to be very nice looking and the css should be done in a way where if css is replaced with new one, the site will have a totally different look to it. This is basically a 1 page template with css and graphics. It also need to be compatible with all browsers and load fast. It will need to be broken into 3 section, header, content and footer, it just makes it easier to integrate into our webapp. I will provider url to current site to get the info you need to create the template, but before that I need to see some previous works to see the style of the css / graphics you do.
