Convert a PSD to HTML/CSS for me

I need a PSD converted into HTML/CSS for me. The two files are attached below. (I have blurred out the business name for privacy reasons) - Convert from PSD into HTML - Clean code and extra thing to tidy up and make nicer if you can - On the home page, there is a grid type feature, which I have the script we can use from another template - I have a template that I based this website design off, in which we can use to make easier for you if you want After this I will convert the website into a Concrete5 theme and put it into this CMS so the customer can update it. If you prove yourself, it could mean extra on-going work in the future. If you are from an English speaking country you will more likely to be hired for me.
