Convert a Template to a Website

The existing site uses a asp.net master template. The site is database driven and you will be given a copy of the database to do your work. No database changes are required. When complete the site should be compatible with the same browsers and versions as the bootstrap template provided. The admin portion of the site allows the owner to create articles and upload pictures. The article is just a text editor I want that allows the user to create html text without typing in the raw html. There is a Telerik Editor already included in the project files and it needs to replace the html editor. I need a new feature added to the the Article Management System that adds a Facebook like icon to all articles that are published. The site should maintain mobile responsiveness provided by the bootstrap template.
