Convert a Template to a Website for childcare centre

We are a not for profit before and after school care provider We have purchased a wordpress template from Theme Forest as follows: Little People | Kindergarten WordPress Theme for PreScool and infants, nurseries and play school We need help to customise the template and add functionality. We need the site working a lot more quickly, the pages are not loading quick enough. We need the site optimised for SEO - to some extent We need to add a link to an external software provider login most likely on the home page We would like to keep the layout of the home page with some changes. We need to add pages: about us:staff/team pages-vision-philosophy- committee, Information :parent info or facts- forms-newsletter - blog -gallery, contact and feedback page, fix the home page, enrollments page - with pricing info and payment page, testimonials page, newsletter sign up box (added to home page and contacts page) and link the contacts page to google maps and link the email contact/enquiry to our email address (make the enquiry and enrol prompts- more accessible). We need around 14 to 16 pages in total (some pages will be very brief) and need some help in the suggested layout may be consolidate some pages. You may need to source some graphic pictures for us. We need to be able to add video to the site (if needed) and need you to show us how (we need some written instructions/procedures for the staff to follow) It has to be easy to maintain and very easy to add news letters and blog posts to the site (we need some written instructions/procedures for the staff to follow) Our children are aged from 6 to 12 so it is not a small children's website this needs to be considered when adding the layout also parents will be using the site the most. We will provide the majority of the content The site needs to work on mobile phones and tablets, mac, android etc! The template allows this so just need this to continue. We need to be able to add and remove staff from the page easily so will need to know how to do this with some written instructions We need some help with ideas and ways to obtain the best outcome This needs to be compete by the end of June.
