Convert Textpattern site to Wordpress

Hi - client has site in Textpattern and due to staff needing to manage the site who are only familiar with Wordpress, need to have site content moved across to Wordpress with responsive theme loosely matching current site content. Site content is mostly text and images - 30 pages with static content, 4 downloadable PDF forms, a blog section with 4 posts, sidebar with newsletter signup via iframe (form itself does not need work), there are images for each page/post and some more inline with text. There is an iframed referral form which does not need work but just needs to be added to a page. Homepage has the common animated full width banner with 5 images that needs to be supported by Wordpress so clients can play with that - also, homepage has a single welcome post/article, then a random single testimonial from current testimonials section, followed by 3 featured content boxes. This should all be configurable/manageable by people with low internet skills. URL will be provided to successful bidder, plus sidebar with two extra text blocks which can be handled by widget logic or similar. Confidentiality is required.
