Convert my static html website to a responsive site + a Wordpress theme template

I would like to make my Static HTML websites responsive. The code has to be cleaned up and work according the latest standards in webdevelopment. A copy of the HTML static websites can be found here: [login to view URL] Some guidelines: - Site has to work on every device ( ipad, phone, large screen,...) - Has to work on the known web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari,...) - SEO is very important. Maintain the structure of heading tags (H1, H2,..) - Must be Google and user friendly. - Clean up the current css, java, html,... Changes i would like to make: - Sidebar heading tags and content heading tags must be adjustable separatly in the css. - The logo and text under the logo shouldn't have a heading tag anymore. ( must be written text so i can change this easily for my other websites) - A bit more modern (subtle changes). I prefer flat design. No big changes, I just want the layout to be consistant. Now some blocks have a small radius border and others not. Should be the same for every block. Mobile version; - I attached an example of the layout for the mobile version. Don't look at the colors, sizes,... This is just to clarify the structure. - The sidebar must be shown after the content in mobile version. - The mobile structure will somehow be identical for the 3 websites. A different touch for every layout would be nice. What you should provide me: - The html files, css, javascript to run the site as a static, responsive, html 5 site. - A wordpress responsive template identical to the new layout.
