Convert template to HTML+CSS+JS -- 2

This project is a social network. We've designed about 30-40 pages but the styles are all pretty much equal. The template is designed in Fireworks and thats the source we will provide. It will be required that the professional keep asking questions because its designed in a foreign language. We are looking for a experienced professional who is able to by himself to predict situations like some hovers or the mobile behaviour based on the styles (Mobile Behaviour has to be done by the professional by scent) . The person handling this project will receive many more projects if the job is done correctly. Very important aspects to this project/Requirements: - Mobile Ready - Style in a independent manner so we can re-use them in other pages - Use of sprites as much as possible - Organized structure so we can replace images without coding - Lightweight librarys - Streamline the website with some fades and animations - Write simple documentation Attachment - 3 pages we believe to be the most complex
