Customize Wordpress Template to our Product Website

I purchased this template [login to view URL] We have our content ready to go and need a few changes made to the template: 1.) Insert our logo in place of the existing one. Some psd logo tweaking will need to be made to the logo to match the theme color. 2.) Change top nav menu labels 3.) The pictures of the 3 devices on the right...update each of those to include screenshots of our application 4.) Comment out (remove) the How it Works section completely 5.) Change the Subscribe form to be a Request Presentation form with fields: Name, Company, Email, Phone, Comments textarea, and a select box with role. 6.) The WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE section...update the text and bullet points and icons. 7.) The bg image ([login to view URL])....swap that out with a city skyline like this one that has the similar colors as the current background: [login to view URL] 8.) There's approximately 120px from the top of the screen to the to nav menus and logos....I want to bring that up 1/2 way about 60px.
