Data Entry from PDF to HTML

Fairly straight forward task, I need someone to enter 4 new products on a website, from a PDF format (one PDF attached). The HTML templates are built, it's a copy / paste job from PDF to HTML, and extract / resize images to fit the HTML format. I need it done quick, and the winner might be employed again for data entry for similar type of work in the near future.
