I need someone to help me:

Design a website

Develop and build it

Launch it so it is live

Model is similar to freelancer / airtasker websites. It is a platform for buyers and sellers to come together and will involve option of payments changing hands (or bank accounts).

Has anyone got experience doing this? There isn't a big budget so someone who wants to help out for minimal charge would be great! Excellent skills to do this is critical.
