Hi, I understood the project requirement. Here is the suggested solution. Lets suppose you have 10 trucks, and then from the backend there will be option to add 10 routes, each route is assigned to each truck. It will be dynvamic to add new routes, and can assigned to exiting trucks or even can add new truck and assign that route. Now if customer call you, your administrator will be able to add information of that customer, enter all required values as you mentioned and then there will be 3 statuses of that customer like call back, dead lead, book job. If the job is booked it will be assigned to the one of the route along with date and time. There will be options of the job like one time job once a week once a month or whatever suggestion you will give. and those jobs will automatically be added to the daily jobs of the route for the truck. One the frontend there will be user access for each truck. Each truck driver will be login to the site on frontend and will see his today's route and the pickup points highlighted for the day. The truck will go to each address and pick up the junk and will mark it as done. As administrator of the site you will get the report for each truck's job done. and pending jobs. Will provide you detailed reports on that. And also will provide you the installable package for this functionality so that you can able to sale this out if you want. Hi, I have something to discuss more with you about the requirement 1. When a lead is booked, how do we assign it to trucks? I mean how do we choose which lead to assign to which truck? Because if we assign the leads closer to each other then one truck could do more in one day. 2. You mention customize fields, could you tell me more or give some examples about which data to customize and/or how it will be customized 3.
