A fresh, modern revamp needed to our existing Joomla website

We need our church website (Joomla) to be completely transformed to look modern & stylish, yet simple. 95% of the written content has already been compiled and can be viewed at: [login to view URL]~redempti. For the most part, existing pictures, graphics & banners can be replaced with new fresh ones. What we really need is a person with an exceptional eye for design to help take the existing content we have and present it in a clear, fresh way. We haven’t done much to the front page yet, but attached, there’s a picture of what content we’d like to have displayed (format can change of course). But as you’ll see from the mock front-page, we want to simplify the menu. We have begun to upload a number of audio files which we want to have available to stream/download under the “sermons” menu. There are still a vast number that we will still want to upload, but we would like to leave this to one of our people. So however the design ends up, we would like for it to be easy enough for people to make adjustments/additions to content with ease. There are still a few minor adjustments we’ll be wanting to make to the content & structure (some additions & deletions), but these can be pointed out as things progress. We already have Joomla CMS setup so credentials and file server access will be provided to freelancer who is awarded the project.
