Clipshare 4.1 Security

I have had bespoke modifications made to Clipshare 4.1 to produce a site that meets my requirements. Most of the bespoke mods are on the admin side, although some have also been made to the front end. To give some indication of the extent of the mods, the cost to date has been around $900. They are therefore not extensive. The site is due to be uploaded to a dedicated server in the near future. It is imperative that the application is as secure as possible and I am therefore looking for someone to assess the site and produce a list of potential vulnerabilities and a corresponding list of proposed solutions. I am looking for someone independent of the programmer who has completed the bespoke work as this will provide additional assurance. Once the solutions have been agreed, the programmer will be required to complete the work for me. Advice on the acquisition of a web application firewall type product will also be required as part of this project. A subsequent project may subsequently be raised with the programmer to deal with the installation and configuration of such a product.
