**General Notes, requirements, limitations and Considerations:**
1. The solution including all source codes will be built in Microsoft Visual Studio.
2. This solution including the source code will be check and tested on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.
3. This solution will work and tested on the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003, Server 2008
4. This solution will work and tested on the following platforms: x86 and x64.
5. Maximum allowed .NET Framework version is 2.0
6. The worker can use (if applicable) invoke and/or win API to build this solution, but not use additional (external) DLL's.
7. Installer is not required for this project.
8. running any of the methods should not exceed 100ms to finish the operation of that method.
9. no need for additional form to set the parameters. use predefined parameters for testing. for example: for creating a logical drive use the following: CreateLogicalDrive("P", "C:\Windows")
10. You can not use process or processinfo to run command-line commands like NET, etc.
