C++ and ASM required for dessamble work (893168)

I already have a compiled .exe file written in C++ that upon execution will ask for a 8 char key and based on that key will decrypt a .BtC file that I also have. In short ? I execute the .exe - it asks for the 8 chars - will ask and open the .BtC file - will save the output (a .htm file). This will happen if the key is correct or not but the output will be something else then " NNìw÷äèQV§0?4_?Nº ". Not sure about what the output should contain but it will be some readable text (numbers mostly). What I need? 1. the key 2. a patch or a easy way to get the key from that .exe (maybe a patch or something) You'll get payed if you get only no 1. but will double if you get both. I will give you the files after we agree on this project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
