Configure IIS with ARR through Port 80

My current network is setup like this: One server is hosting the DFS replication file share. Each server has there own folder in the C drive called WebHosting that replicates in real time so each server node has its own local copy of the web files needed for hosting. Then there are three IIS server nodes, and one server ARR (Application Request Rerouting) Server Farm. I have four domains that I want traffic to hit ARR and load balance between the three IIS nodes. The domains are registered through Godaddy and I have the domains pointing to my single static IP. For some reason I am unable to get ARR to route to the web nodes. I receive a 503 error. I have tried configuring URL rewrite, but I'm not sure if that is causing the error. I am looking for someone who can configure the ARR to balance between the three web nodes. My router is setup to allow port 80 traffic to the internal ARR server.
