What I need: Is someone to configure a secure remote multi developer development. What I have: One VMware ESX [url removed, login to view] equipped server. Idea: I need to create a small development environment (FreeBSD VM's) only accessible once connected to a secure vpn (OpenVPN). Picture: Several VM's running various Web Server's with different setups (different PHP versions, so on), with SVN, only accessible once connected to a secure vpn. Example: Developer will connect to VPN which will then allow SSH access to SVN and SFTP access to their repos, which will then be accessible via HTTP (again, only accessible once connected via VPN). I can configure the web/sql servers as well as setup/configure SVN and the scripts to sync to the live sites. What I need is someone that can configure some VMware VM's (I don't know crap about VMware, unfortantly the VM solutions that I am familure with will not properly allow the required private network usages - that I could figure out), Install/Configure OpenVPN.

Additionally, I will require everything documented. Everything done/installed, every configuration option. Everything. The client that this is for is HUGE on disaster recovery and documentation. This document will have to be clear enough, detailed enough, that anyone with entry level server usage could read it over, follow it step-by-step to recreate the exact setup.
