delay live stream

Hi there, i am broadcasting a live tv channel from the satelite.... the stream is encoded and sent to a server a windows media service convert the stream from http to mms and stream to the users. i want this stream to be delayed by 5 hours. its because the stream is from EUropen and i need to stream to US. so the time difference. microsoft have madea guide, but it saves it in catch or memory, i need it to be saved in hard drive and deleted automatically. Please let me know. first come first serve, if the price and idea is right
