A consultant experience in TETRA networks and digital radio is needed to provide the following information:

- Required Model of radio scanner to intercept TETRA network signal (considering all possible bands).

- Required antenna and equipment to locate the source of the signal

- Required software and hardware to decrypt the TEA (Tiny Encryption Algorithm) used by the TETRA network.

Available information about the targeted device make and model will be provided to the consultant. Recommendations, shall take into consideration the budget and should prioritize open source software and cost-effective or DIY equipment if any.
