hi i have done most of the similar projects on this site i can easily do this for you it will have fb and twitter like based login you will have to give me a vps server for installing the software (debian 6.0 x64, 1Gb ram) we will Mikrotik routers as access points(they are stable) you need to give remote access to a router one fb developer and one twitter developer account payment will be 100% advance milestone you will release them as bellow 40% when server is setup and first hostpot is working 40% when i give you access to admin panel and instruction to setup a new hotspot after testing release the milestone 20% for bug fixing Thanks
