I require a word document editing. I am attaching it to this project. You can see the doc is 12 pages long. The form is duplicated so i need it to be 6 pages long. Also there is a signature required by users at the end. I have a transparent png of the clients signature to add to that so he does not need to sign it everytime he uses the form. I need this completing quickly. I appreciate this may only take 10 minutes but I need it doing now. I have attached the form and will send the signature to interested bidders. Quick easy money to be made here because I am in a rush.
