Atheist Activism Website

I am an atheist with a concept for a website that would advocate for the separation of church and state by ironically lampooning claims made by religious groups (churches, etc). I have a website set up with Wordpress and I am looking for a simple layout which resembles a run-of-the-mill website for an actual church. Specifically, I don't want it to look glossy or fancy, I want it to look like a Minister and his wife spent a weekend designing the website for their neighborhood church. This is primarily a vanity website for promoting governmental secularism, so there isn't a large budget for making it happen, I'm hoping a similarly minded atheist will be willing to help me out for cheap.
