CSS Revisions

I need to revise the CSS for my site. There are several small changes that need to be made. Please PM me for the address of the website. The changes are detailed below. Before changes are made live on my site, you will demo them on your own server or by sending me images for me to approve. Please take a look carefully and message me with any clarification questions. The changes are: Redesign the search bar that is at the top of the main page. We need to make the layout more efficient so that it takes up the minimal amount of vertical space. Re-rdesign the 'refine' search drop down at the top of the search results pages. Remove the redundant CSS that is no longer used by the wordpress theme. Browse condos and homes drop down menu's at the top of the site need to be broken down into more than one column. Maybe 15 vertically max then tile horizontally (suggestions welcome) The page that the user is looking at is supposed to be highlighted in grey on the menu bar. This works for some of the older pages, but needs coding for the pages we have added. The H1 tag in the 'market update' section is not spacing correctly when the text wraps. The H1 text on a property detail page, needs to fit to one line only. On the same property detail page, we need to move the content upwards, and remove some of the white spacing, so the user doesn't have to scroll down as much, and when they land on the page, you can see the photos more clearly. On the property results pages, we need to align the "REAL ESTATE MATCHING YOUR SEARCH - SORT BY PRICE DAYS LISTED" correctly, needs to be moved down slightly. At the bottom of the results we need to move the text "X Properties Found" up slightly so its laid out correctly below the line. On the same page, we need to correctly position the horizontal dividing lines On the same property results page, we need to change the property addresses to something that stands out a bit more. In some versions of IE the site is wrapping the headers to another line, we need to fix that When viewed on an Ipad the site is cropped on the right hand side, this might have something to do with the IE problem. Looking to change the fonts to something more modern - looking for suggestions.
