Add an Auto Part Filter Plugin to WooCommerce

The Auto Part Filter should be on the homepage and sidebars. This will be used by users to filter the content(Auto Parts) of the site. The filter result set page should be themed exactly like our present Shop Page. - We need a Global Filter by State on the header. users only see the products available in the state they are located in (They can select this on the header)
