Add SMTP email settings to wordpress theme

Hi,
I need someone to integrate in my wordpress theme SMTP connection for my email.
This is a website with products where people can order them online. Since gmail updated their polices we do not receive all the confirmation email with each order (with php mail function).
I have installed a SMTP plugin but in my email subject instead to have client name i have "me" which is not correct.
The theme emails shoudl work like before but with SMTP login only.

There are quite a few SMTP plugins and some of them need a bit of tweaking to work as expected. Do your emails send as expected when you switch off the plugin? Lets debug and see how to resolve this issue.
