I'm a one man real estate office working out of my home. I don't use an IDX feed. I do land and some commercial real estate but it has been a really difficult space in recent years. I've been through bankruptcy and I'm in a rebuilding period. I'd like a CMS framework. I've been looking at WP templates. I understand this has its advantages. Though I am not a subscriber of Loopnet currently, I'd like to have Loopnet search on my site. I would like the ability to upload my own listings manually too if possible. Nothing complicated. I am sorry to admit this but I have a very limited budget but I do need help. I've worked inside word press a little so I am somewhat familiar with how to get around. I do not write code.
