My company, Renewable Power Partners, has an extensive recruiting, interviewing and onboarding process for all new company hires. Part of the application process for getting a job at our comapny involves filling out a career history survey. This is a very specific survey that is modeled after the Topgrading approach for hiring talent (see: [login to view URL]). I have attached 2 examples of this form (used by other companies): 1 in doc format and another as a pdf. This web form can be built either using a free or premium web form builder (the most cost effective suggestion, the better) or as a custom application (php/django, ruby/rails, etc.). The finished product can either be integrated into our website (Wordpress) in it's own page, or on a separate web link (in this case, applicants will be redirected away from our site to complete the survey). The survey should be revisable by candidates, meaning that they should be able to preview their answers before submitting it. Once an applicant completes the survey, the form will generate a PDF that is sent to an email address, as per the configuration. As this is a very specific and detail oriented task, I encourage you to message me directly if you are unclear about any of the requirements. I am also open to suggestions on additional features and methods to complete the project.
