Coding and Design Updates for Existing WP Site

I need a few design tweaks to my existing site located at: [login to view URL] 1) I would like the layout of the main content section with the cover designs to be more like the layout of the example site below where the main images would be full cover images instead of thumbnails like they are now. See example here: [login to view URL] 2) I would like to have social icons for G+ Facebook and Twitter at the top right corner of each image (similar to the example site). 3) I would like to have a 5 star rating below each image where people could vote for their favorite. 4) I would like to add the download count functionality if possible (just like on the example site) 5) I want to get rid of the blue block at the top of the page that says "Easily Build Your Own Custom....." 6) I would like to change the categories sidebar menu so that it stays down so you can see all the categories. 7) I want to remove the wibya toolbar coding. Just to clarify I don't want changes to the color scheme of the site only to the display of the images. When the image is clicked it should still take it to the secondary page for downloading as it does today.
