We need someone to complete our online form which is mostly completed
We have a website company express ([login to view URL]). We offer a service, which is to register people who are setting up a company (requires a form with ASIC), and have the option to fill out an online form to apply
The current problem is we have all the details of the form (all the questions we need to ask is done), but it is currently limited - a company can have multiple directors, and multiple shareholders where we currently have one.
The form is already setup, our previous web guy has already updated the form to include 'up to 5 directors' but has only included fields for 3, 2 more need to be added
Additionally we need to add the option of being able to add more than 1 shareholder (up to 5), and re-populate the field of questions
