Hi, my name is Matt and can help you (11 years installing/configuring/optimizing WordPress websites, 22 years a webmaster and IT developer). You need scheduled triggering of SQL inserts of your data into WordPress database. So for that I've checked your sample and see a list of fields for each record. Regarding that: 1. Will a county/town record be a special content type in your WordPress hosting? 2. WIll all towns be provided in the CSV or SQL data? What about the text to go with them that you have mentioned? 3. And finally meta tags - should the script extract/learn them from the content. That is most difficult here and if you don't have a way already then this take this bid with a reserve. The proper logic has to be found to extract meta tags from the content OR all meta tags should be defined up front (as tags in WordPress) so a simple say "soundex" comparison could be used to choose which tags (up to defined number e.g. 5 or 7) will be inserted with the record. Looking forward to your reply. I have set a deadline as requested though it will be done fast when all is prepared (say 1000 records in 4-12 minutes - not having an exact estimate of meta tags matching - so inserting 48.000 records can be done in a day with completed and tested scripts). What we can do is to write a script to fetch the 48K records from excel one by one and add it as a post using wp_insert_post function. I have some questions - like I do not see any detailed description in the sample excel file but I see some description in the profile page you sent as sample. Well i totally understand your description of the job basically you need the freelancer to create profile pages from excel, csv and sql records and you will provide the text for the basic information against each type. I did download the sample data and checked that also sample profile link you provided. I'll complete the task in 8-10 days without any revisions.
