create a responsive wordpress woo commerce theme

create a 3 column (left widget bar)middle section (right widget bar) responsive theme (or modify an existing one) that has all settings (colors, texts) in the theme files (so not in the database). so it will load fast. colours, sizes etc should be fixed in the file. no settings in the database. ready for woo commerce. For woo commerce i need the addition that it shows categories frontpage in grid view and the products in list view. the list view should be ordered like: Image, SKU(label volvo Part no), Itemdesc, Price ,buy button (like volvo onderdelen . com ) then on the top i need a breadcrumb and a woo commerce products search bar. next to the search bar i need a category filter that will be fixed. (for main category only) so all search results are filtered with the main category. the category count should be removed from template (in a way it will not use any database load, so remove category product count not only visually.) only respond i you can start today
