create wordpress blog

I need you to design me a blog about discounts and cheap events, very similar to some other blogs that I will show you. This blog will have: Room for banners on the top and ads on both sides. I want each blog entry to look similar to a facebook news feed (minus the photo of the person who made the post). Photos should be easy to include with the blog title and first paragraph. On the right will be recent posts, categories & archives. People should be able to subscribe to the feed. Each blog entry will have a share button from addtoany on every page and every blog entry. It should have a free feedburner subscription service. It should have a google calendar of upcoming events. I should be able to easily add photos and banners myself. (you might have to show me how) It will have a Home, About, Media, Find your city, & contact page. It will have the Fan Us on Facebook image and the Twitter Do you follow me image. This is a simple wordpress project, that can be completed in a very short period of time.
