Scope Of The Services To this end, the Consultant will be responsible for the following:- The Consultant shall perform the main services outlined below during the assignment and will be responsible for all aspects as described below. Provide support and advice on domain name search, registration, website hosting and creation of (5 – 8 email accounts) for 1-year minimum; 5. Develop and activate the necessary components of the website with information provided by the Company; 6. Integrate and ensure all social media platforms are uniform with website specifications; Implement a content management and customer service management system that is user friendly and affordable; 7. Develop the Company’s capacity to gather market research information on its customers, for example, through analysis of site usage statistics or by online surveys/forms for requests; 8. Increase potential and existing customers’ awareness of the Company and its product offerings to ensure that the information needs of the different audiences i.e. customers, customs department, shipping agents as well as the management of the organization are adequate; 9. Develop and implement appropriate security framework for the website; 12. Integrate the website with an online courier & vehicle tracking system which could be accessed and used by customers on a 24 hour basis facilitate the tracking of packages by the company’s customers on a real time basis; 13. Initially manage the Company’s website, updating, actively improving layout, design and content for one year post-implementation; 14. Troubleshoot website for one year post-implementation; 15. Provide minimum ongoing site maintenance and technical support service on a needs basis to the Company for at least one year. 16. Hand over the website inclusive of all its back office information and functionalities at the end of the year of maintenance
