I have an idea to have a lot of different templates that each have the same markup but have different css. I want all of the sites to follow a very uniform template model so that they can be driven by a backend system. For the front end i need the js and css to be the only things that change based on the templates.
Let me give you some ideas for the templates. they are a site type called vcard sites as seen here

you will notice that each of the sites has roughly the same info but the layout and style of each are different. I have about 10 sites that i need coded/recoded to be the same template.
I am extremely picky about css and markup so you must relaly be a pro here. I also care a lot about microformats if possible i want to implement those for things.
The site must work for cross browser ie6-ie8 ff 2-3 safari and opera. I will be testing all of these so i need you to be good at hacking as needed.
There will be some places to use css3, we like that and want to use it. for older browsers like ie6 we can agree to some minor changes based on them.
i need to see some of your best css/markup work before accepting you for this job
