Coding the new layout to a website from psd files

I would need a new layout coded to an existing website. The layout is ready in psd files and those need to be convereted in to css & html. The end result needs to be a functional website with new layout. Part of the project is already done and if you wish you can take advantage of the already created code. See the project details for the cretated css files. In addition to the basic layout I need a simple control page where I can change the font colours, fonts, upper bar and some other elements. There are 4 different pages that need the layout coded but the same theme can be used across the pages. CSS, html and drupal knowledge is needed in the project. ## Deliverables The current functional website can be found here: [[login to view URL]][1] . The elements (map background, top-bar, buttons etc.) are ready. The layout must be constructed so that the _elements can be changed if needed_. The length of the buttons in the category selection must be automatically adjustable in relation to the number of categories. The _admin can add or reduce_ the main categories (this functionality exists already), but the category _selection bar_ must always be the _same size_ in total.
